Release plumbing: bump to 1.2.0, add python3-pil to Linux deps (#10)
The AppImage step converts src/rc/bitcoin.ico with PIL, but python3-pil
was never in deps-apt, so 'make linux' failed at packaging on a clean
Debian install -- the AppImage the README points Linux users at could
not actually be produced by following the documented steps.
Version bump only renames the produced artefacts; no rebuild needed.
