Bump to 1.2.6 (#48)
Wallet backup and clean shutdown (#46).
Two reasons not to sit on this: every Linux node aborts on the
way out instead of releasing wallet.dat, and until a node has
shut down cleanly once, the wallet it wrote cannot be moved
anywhere else.
