Remove two node binaries that should never have been committed (#79)
They came in with #78 and are build output, not source: 5 MB of Linux
binaries in a tree whose .gitignore already excludes the Windows zip and
the AppImage but had no pattern for the headless node. Adding one so the
next release cannot repeat it.
