Untrack build artefacts committed by mistake (#11)
The #9 merge commit staged everything in the working tree, which pulled
in the packaged Bitflash-1.1.0-windows/ directory -- 11 MB of runtime
DLLs that every clone now carries for no reason. Remove them from the
index and extend .gitignore so the packaging output can't be committed
again.
